The Valencian Institute of Modern Art (IVAM) presents a major exhibition on Anni and Josef Albers in 2022. These two artists and designers, key figures in abstract art, made history in the 20th century.

Anni and Josef Albers. Art and Life will be on display from 24th February to 19th June. The show features 350 works, including paintings, photographs, design and textiles, films and documentary material. A journey through the career of the two German artists.

The exhibition is a co-production between the IVAM and the Musée d’Art Modern de la Ville de París-MAM. It is arranged in chronological order and also includes a selection of furniture pieces, encompassing their time with the Bauhaus.
