Every Thursday at 12:00 PM, the Apostles' Door of Valencia Cathedral hosts the Water Tribunal, the oldest justice institution in Europe still in operation. Also recognized by UNESCO, this tribunal settles irrigation disputes in the Valencian huerta (farmland) through oral proceedings. It is a unique experience to witness history in action within an unparalleled monumental setting.
