Millions of flavours to be discovered
If you want to get to know our cuisine, here is a delicious route for you to eat like a true Valencian:
Start the day with the energy that a good “esmorzaret” gives you, the Valencian brunch, and make your way to el Saler to try a proper paella in an unbeatable location. If you wake up from a siesta and need a snack, then there’s nothing like a horchata with pastry fartons! And you can finish this culinary marathon having some seafood tapas for dinner, or a delicious suquet de peix, you decide…
Ok, maybe you need more than a day to try everything that our cuisine has to offer. And although paella is still the most well-known dish, we have one of the most acclaimed cuisines for various reasons. Proof of this can be found in the 4 Michelin stars and the 28 Repsol distinctions, that we owe to well-known chefs like Quique Dacosta and Ricard Camarena.
Saturdays at 09:00am.
Language: bilingual (Spanish/English). Full day trip
