5. Application for admission as a member of the “Valencia Convention Bureau”.

  • Retention period: We will keep the data as long as the data subject does not revoke the consent granted.

6. Data processing regarding the submission of CVs.

In the event that you send us your CV electronically, we will process your data for the purpose of assessing and managing your job application and, if applicable, carrying out the necessary actions for personnel selection and hiring, in order to offer you positions that match your profile. Unless otherwise stated, providing the required data is necessary; failure to provide it will prevent the continuation of the selection process.

7. Processing of video surveillance images at the FUNDACIÓ VISIT VALÈNCIA facilities.

  • Maximum retention period: 30 days.

In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, the PERSON IN CHARGE is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR regulations for the processing of personal data under his/her responsibility, and manifestly so with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, by means of which they are treated in a lawful, fair and transparent manner in relation to the interested party and are suitable, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed. The PERSON IN CHARGE guarantees that he has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the Users and has communicated adequate information to the Users so that they can exercise them.
