Dinner is served in a beautifully lit setting with soft lighting, candles and a carefully curated atmosphere, where a jazz band welcomes you so you can enjoy a Mediterranean meal with live music.

You’ll be spoilt for choice with a menu packed with delicious starters, such as a mouth-watering brioche with chorizo, chipotle and quail’s egg, or prawns in a sweet tempura batter served with kimchi sauce.
There is no shortage of main courses either, including pasta, rice dishes, meat, stews and fish. How many times are you going to reread the letter to make up your mind?
When it comes to dessert, try “El Rubí” (The Ruby), filled with a red berry and rose mousse and a lychee centre, or go straight for “Lingote de Oro” (The Gold Bar), featuring sponge cake, dark chocolate ganache, apricot and bitter almonds.

After dinner, you can stay at the Club and enjoy some chart-topping hits with free entry until 1:00 a.m.
If you get there later, you can get in for just €10, which includes a drink, and dance until 3:30 a.m.
