The Valencia Marathon is back with more speed, excitement and many records at stake.
On 6 December 2026, the streets of Valencia will be filled with runners from all over the world ready to conquer the 42,195 metres of one of the most prestigious marathons in the world: the Valencia Trinidad Alfonso Zurich Marathon.
Why run the marathon in Valencia? Here you will find the perfect circuit to beat your personal best. It is a completely flat route, at sea level and with ideal temperatures ranging from 12 to 17°C in December.
What ‘s more, both the start (at 8.15 a.m.) and the finish line are located in the impressive surroundings of the City of Arts and Sciences.
However, the 36,000 registrations are already sold out, but you can still register on the waiting list in case any places become available.
And if you ‘re not running, you can go out and cheer on the participants at any point along the course or experience the excitement of the finish at the City of Arts and Sciences.
