170 countries are joining forces on this day to promote the habits of physical activity and healthy eating
The date is drawing near for fans of running, healthy eating, and now also for people who are taking a step further by looking to the future and sustainability of the planet.
"Global Running Day", a non-competitive event to celebrate our passion for running, will take place on June 7 at 7:00 pm at the Circuit 5K, under the Puente de la Exposición.
Participation is open to anyone and is totally free. You do not need to register in advance. One thing to note is that you will receive your number at the start line, and at the end of the day the necessary instructions will be given so you can - as if by magic - turn it into a beautiful plant.
To give you some details, the race start will be staggered, and cover a distance of 5 kilometers towards the City of Arts and Sciences and back. You can look forward to a day of music, color and sustainability.
Sounds good, right? So get your favorite running shoes ready because the countdown is on.
