Located in the Parque de Cabecera, in the former riverbed of the Turia, Bioparc Valencia is an animal park like no other. What to see at Bioparc Valencia
You’ll need at least two hours to explore all the habitats, but you’ll probably want to stay much longer to enjoy the animals. Book your ticket in advance to avoid queues and make the most of your time.
African savannah
Zebras, impalas, white rhinoceroses, African elephants, lions, giraffes, ostriches and many other species roam the savannah, Africa's quintessential landscape.
Equatorial Africa
Primates rule the equatorial rainforest, but in addition to gorillas and chimpanzees, you’ll also find antelopes, bongos and buffaloes, and even the elusive leopards.
African wetlands
In the recreation of the Kitum Cave (Kenya) and its wetlands, you can watch hippos swimming and feel the threatening gaze of crocodiles.
Madagascar
If you’ve seen the film of the same name, you’ll know that this African island is home to up to seven species of lemurs.
