Categories: fallas.
TOURISTIC AREA: City of Arts and Alameda
The most dazzling fireworks of the Fallas
If there is one truly unique experience—one of those that can only be lived in a single place in the world—it is the night-time pyrotechnic displays and the eagerly awaited Nit del Foc during the Fallas of València.
On March 15, the city will experience the thrilling night of L'Albà during the Plantà of the Fallas, with numerous fallas commissions firing night-time mascletàs to crown the evening at 12:00 a.m.—a magical hour when the Plaza del Ayuntamiento will bear witness to a dazzling pyrotechnic display.
From March 16 to 18, every night at 11:59 p.m., the sky over València becomes a canvas painted with countless dazzling, multicoloured lights from fireworks that can be seen from many points across the city.
Launched from the Monteolivete bridge, in the Turia Garden—at the height of the Palau de les Arts of the City of Arts and Sciences—crowds gather to marvel together at the glow of the most impressive pyrotechnic spectacle of the Fallas.
Among all these fireworks displays, the most striking is the Nit del Foc on March 18. The same location and the same concept, but taken to the highest level, becoming an unforgettable experience of light, sound and emotion.
In addition to the fireworks displays on the main days of the Fallas, there are other events you should not miss.
Immerse yourself in the splendour of the Valencian night and experience the magic of these fascinating pyrotechnic events that bring the Fallas to life.
