Not 100, not 200, but 300 days of sun in Valencia!
Valencia has an average temperature of 19º C and a Mediterranean climate with mild winters and hot summers. It is an ideal destination to visit all year round. You will rarely need an umbrella, maybe only at the beginning of autumn. There is no need to bring lots of thick winter clothes in your suitcase, but definitely pack your sun cream, an extra jumper just in case it gets a little chilly and look forward to a great time!

Springis the best season to visit Valencia as the temperatures are mild during the day and at night.
April: 20º C during the day and 11º C at night
May: 23º C during the day and 14º C at night
June: 27º C during the day and 19º C at night
What should you pack in your suitcase? Short-sleeved items, swimsuits, sunglasses and sun cream for during the day, and long-sleeved items, a light jacket or a jumper for night-time.
Summer:
July: 30º C during the day and 21º C at night
August: 33º C during the day and 22º C at night
September: 29º C during the day and 19º C at night
If you prefer the heat and going to the beach, then the summer is the best season to visit Valencia. The sea breeze softens the hot day temperatures, although the humidity makes it feel hotter than it actually is.
What should you pack? Summer clothes, sandals, swimsuits, sunglasses and sun cream during the day.
If you come in September, remember to bring an umbrella and raincoat as the rainy season starts mid-September.
Autumn
October: 25º C during the day and 15º C at night

The weather changes a lot in autumn in Valencia and there is a high possibility of rainfall, especially in October and November.
It is still warm enough to sit in the sun and go to the beach in October and November, so bring light clothes, swimsuits, sunglasses and sun cream for during the day and long-sleeved items, a light jacket, jumper and a raincoat for night-time.
The days are shorter in December so temperatures drop. Bring warm clothes, but also t-shirts as it gets warmer around midday.
Winter

Winter is the coldest season in Valencia, but the temperatures are mild both during the day and at night. It never snows in Valencia.
Warmer clothes, a jumper, long trousers and a coat are needed in January and February.
The temperature changes in March and we can enjoy the sun more, so remember to bring t-shirts, sunglasses and sun cream for during the day, and long-sleeved clothes and a coat for at night.
