Medieval Market in the Turia Gardens for the 9th of October
Categories: Gastronomy, with children, shopping, parties and traditions.
Step into the Middle Ages from October 4 to 12 in the Turia Gardens
From October 4 to 12, the Turia Gardens, between the Flower Bridge and the Exhibition Bridge, will be transformed into a true medieval village with over a hundred stalls, shows, and activities for the whole family.
At this Valencia Medieval Market 2025 you will find much more than crafts: there will be food stalls, live workshops of ancient trades, music, dances, theater, and even historical reenactments that will transport you back several centuries.
Crafts and live trades
Visitors will discover how masters of ceramics, leather, wood, and blacksmithing worked in the Middle Ages. Natural cosmetics, handmade toys, and historical reproductions of armor and medieval objects will also be on sale.
Medieval gastronomy
The market will also be a feast of flavors. The aromas of cured cheeses, sausages, rustic breads, and traditional sweets will fill the air, while medieval taverns invite you to share mead, grilled meats, and freshly roasted nuts at long wooden tables.
Shows and entertainment
The program includes parades of musicians and minstrels, fire shows, theatrical performances, and dances. Children will enjoy workshops to create crowns and masks, as well as wooden rides and medieval-inspired games.
Opening hours and access
The Valencia Medieval Market 2025 opens every day at 10:30 a.m. and runs until midnight, offering the perfect plan to spend the whole day in a magical atmosphere.
✨ Don’t miss it: from October 4 to 12, the Turia Gardens become Valencia’s medieval capital.
