Ftalks Food Summit in Valencia

Valencia is hosting the seventh edition of the “ftalks Food Summit” on 18 June 2025, the largest food innovation forum in Europe. It will take place in Las Naves and La Harinera. 

The future of the agricultural sector, decarbonisation, food security, new proteins, the arrival of AI and efficient water management are some of the challenges facing the food system, and here they are put on the table to find solutions with numerous speakers from different countries.

The future of food will be given great importance to coincide with the International Day of Sustainable Gastronomy: What will we find on the supermarket shelf tomorrow? Could they be plant-based products? Ftalks Food Summit will reveal all.
