Join the European Week of Sport by taking part in one of the three Plogging Tour routes in Valencia
Plogging Tour Valencia encourages you to take part on Saturday, September 23 in one of the three routes available, depending on the option that best suits your fitness.
The purpose of this event is to motivate children and adults to practice sports, do physical activity outdoors and preserve the environment.
The three options for signing up are as follows:
- Multi-adventure families: includes adapted sports activities, workshops and games.
- 5.6K fun run: participate by walking, jogging or running.
- Plogging Pro 11K: for those who are fitter and more demanding.

They all have the same starting point, which is on the Esplanade of Assut, in the City of Arts and Sciences.
What do you get for signing up?
In addition to access to the route and the schedule of activities, your bag will contain your number, an eco-bottle, bags to pick up trash, gloves and a bracelet. And you'll also be entered to win a Garmin device!
Be hurry, because tickets are limited. Don't dillydally and get yours before they're gone.
