Experience “La Ruta” – the immersive journey into Valencia’s electronic culture

Bombas Gens Centre for Digital Arts presents its first original production: «LA RUTA: MODERNITY, CULTURE AND CHAOS». 

And wait, because this is no ordinary exhibition: it is an immersive journey into the heart of a socio-cultural phenomenon — «La Ruta» — that transformed Valencia’s relationship with leisure, placing it at the European forefront. 

The artistic journey features renowned names such as Radiantelab and Vitamin-arte, Marta Moreira, Democràcia Estudio or Ricardo Ruíz, with impressive documentation and historical accuracy.

The experience awaiting you at Bombas Gens 

Get ready to walk through ten rooms and more than 2,000 m² that will take you back to Valencia in the early 80s and guide you step by step until the mid-90s. 

You will relive the legendary CV-500 —symbol of this movement— and feel the energy of a night at «La Ruta» thanks to technology. 

What makes this exhibition special? 

Immersive rooms with laser mapping technology, virtual reality in VR 360°, 3D-generated content, photographs, documents, original pieces from the era and real testimonies from those who lived this revolution.
