If you haven't discovered them yet, exploring the fields of chufas (tiger nuts) in Alboraia is a fantastic experience. Come and try the Valencian horchata accompanied by handmade fartons.
From March to August, every Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., you can join the "Orxata Experience": a perfect opportunity to learn about the history, cultivation, and curiosities of Alboraia's top product up close.
The tour starts with a visit to an organic chufa field, followed by a visit to a workshop to learn about the production process step by step. To top it all off, there's a tasting of artisanal horchata and fartons.
