Valencia Half Marathon Trinidad Alfonso
On 24th October, Valencia will once again honour its name as the Ciudad de Running (City of Running), as it celebrates the 30th edition of the EDP Valencia Half Marathon Trinidad Alfonso.
Renowned as one of the country's major autumn distance races, the Valencia Half Marathon covers 21,097 metres on a fast course running along Valencia’s waterfront and through the city centre. This year’s course is just as fast as in previous editions (with only ten curves along the route), but it has spacious areas at the start and finish to properly control access and allow participants to maintain the safe distances required by the health situation for amateur runners.
The new course covers 21,097.5 metres, starting and ending on Avenida de Tarongers, near the University of Valencia campus and the Technical University of Valencia, with up to four lanes along both the first metres at the starting line and the finishing straight. Additionally, a spacious site located alongside the start and finish provides room for the runners’ expo and areas divided into different spaces for the runners. So, there you have it: 24th October, you've got a firm date with the City of Running. Don't miss it!
