Carmen at the Palau de les Arts in Valencia

The notes of Carmen will sound again at the Palau de les Arts in Valencia at the end of next June. These notes will not only thrill the members of the National Dance Company, under the choreography of Swede Johan Inger, but they will also make every last hair of the audience members stand on end.

Carmen, the dramatic opera with music by Georges Bizet, recounts the last days of a young gypsy girl, with its highs and lows, and features, of course, that evil love that can't be absent from a good dramatic story. 

Keep in mind, though, that in this case it's not the original work, but a modernized version composed by Rodión Shchedrín and performed by the Orchestra of the Valencian Community.
