Valencia Tourist Card Pick-Up Points
If you have purchased the Valencia Tourist Card on our website, you can choose either delivery to your hotel or free collection at our tourist offices and self-service kiosks.
Hotel delivery
Delivery to your hotel will take place on the date indicated by the user between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m.
For scheduling reasons, it will not be possible to choose dates with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Price: €3.40 per order.
Collection at tourist offices
You can collect your Valencia Tourist Card at any of the Visit València tourist offices free of charge, within their opening hours and dates.

Collection at self-service kiosks:
If you have purchased the Valencia Tourist Card on our website, you can pick up your card for free and without waiting at any of our 17 self-service kiosks located throughout the city.
Kiosks with extended hours or 24-hour service:
- ✈️ Airport (Arrivals Terminal) – 24-hour service
- 🚆 Joaquín Sorolla Station – 6:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.
- 🏛️ Mercado de Colón – 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 a.m.
- 🏛️ Mercado de la Imprenta – 10:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.
- 🛍️ Aqua Shopping Centre – 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- 🛍️ Nuevo Centro Shopping Centre – 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The remaining kiosks operate on standard commercial hours, which may vary depending on their location.
