How to buy products online
1. HOW DO I SEARCH FOR A PRODUCT ON THE WEBSITE?
There are different ways to search for a product until you find exactly what you are looking for. The easiest way to buy from our online shop is to select the "Tickets&Tours" tab on our website. You can select one of the categories, depending on the product you want to find (València tourist card, Offers, Tickets, Tours,...)
Alternatively, if you know exactly what you want, you can type the product in the search engine at the top of the website and it will provide you with everything related to your specific search.
2. HOW DO I BUY A PRODUCT?
- Choose the category and product you want to buy.
- Choose the number of units you want to buy for that product.
- Add the units and products you have chosen to your cart.
- Once you have your order ready, select "Buy" and follow the step s to successfully complete your purchase.
You will shortly receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided with the order number and the purchase made.
3. I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE. HOW DO I USE IT?
To apply a discount via a promotional code to your purchase, enter it in the "Promotional code" field in step 3 of the checkout process.
Please note that you can only apply one discount per order.
4. HOW CAN I BENEFIT FROM THE DISCOUNT OFFERED BY THE VAL ÈNCIA TOURIST CARD ON OTHER PRODUCTS?
When you buy a ticket, a guided tour, a Tourist Bus trip or any of the products covered by the card, remember to add the Valencia Tourist Card to your shopping cart and the discount corresponding to that product will be automatically applied.
5. CAN I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Yes, you can remove unwanted items from the shopping cart as long as you have not completed the purchase.
6. CAN I MODIFY OR RETURN MY ORDER?
Unfortunately we cannot modify an order once you have paid for it. We recommend that you check our "Returns" section. There you will find all the information about our returns and exchange policy.
7 . HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT I HAVE MADE MY PURCHASE CORRECTLY?
Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email (to the email address you provided during checkout) along with a purchase reference number within 24 hours.
