Essential Valencia and its World Heritage Sites

• A two-hour tour of the historic center, including: Estación del Norte, Plaza del Ayuntamiento, Plaza del Mercado, the Silk Exchange, Plaza Lope de Vega, Plaza de la Reina, Plaza de la Virgen, Plaza de l'Almoina. 

• Visit to the Silk Exchange: This impressive Gothic building, a World Heritage Site, was the center of the silk trade in Valencia's Golden Age (15th century). Admire the elegant columns of its Contract Room and don't forget to glance up at the gargoyles, which have a few surprises in store. 

• Visit to City Hall: Tour its halls and don't miss the chance to go out onto the famous balcony, where the senior fallas member gives the order to start the mascletá or the cremá of the falla at City Hall.

• Session of the Water Tribunal: If you visit on a Thursday, you will be able to witness a unique tradition that has taken place in Valencia since Arab times and that is an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

• Tours are offered every day of the week at 11am. (10am from June to August)

• The starting point is the Tourism Hub of the Estación del Norte in Valencia (Calle Játiva, 24). It is in the right tower, facing the Station.  

• The tour is offered in English language.
