An up close and personal culinary experience
You will start the day by getting down to work and preparing a true Valencia paella, learning the ingredients, materials and all the tricks to make it come out great.
While you cook with the experts of the Valencia Club Cocina, they explain how other essentials of Spanish and Valencian cuisine are made, such as a Spanish tortilla or coca en llanda, the most popular Valencian sponge cake.
Once the cooking is done, you get to try it all! And wash it down with local wines, sangria, soft drinks...
And to cap off the day, a guided tour of the Municipal Market of Algirós to see the freshest typical ingredients of Mediterranean cuisine, since the municipal markets have all the best products.

The cancellation or refund of tickets is not allowed, but you may request a date change by writing to customer service vlcshop@visitvalencia.com. You must notify with a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

VLC Tourist Card discount
Discount with the Valencia Tourist Card: 10%
The 10% discount is individual and non-transferable, like the Valencia Tourist Card.
If you are booking the activity for more than one person and want the discount, you will need as many VTCs as people doing the activity.
When buying, you will see the final price with the discount detailed in the shopping cart.
