The smell of gunpowder begins to fill the air, music can be heard in the background and everything is covered in colour… yes, we are talking about Fallas! In February you can already see the best ninots at the Ninot Exhibition, and from 1 March mascletàs are fired every day in City Hall Square. Would you like to discover the Fallas programme from start to finish? Here it is!

January
Friday, 16 January
7:30 p.m. – 20th Pyrotechnics Gala at Novotel, where the pyrotechnic calendar for Fallas 2026 will be presented.
9:00 p.m. – Pyrotechnic show in the former Turia riverbed, near the Novotel hotel.
Friday, 30 January
10:00 p.m. – Solemn Proclamation of the Fallera Mayor of Valencia, Carmen Prades Gil, and her Court of Honour at the Palau de la Música.
At the end of the ceremony, there will be a pyrotechnic display.
Saturday, 31 January
5:30 p.m. – Solemn Proclamation of the Child Fallera Mayor of Valencia, Marta Mercader Roig, and her Court of Honour at the Palau de la Música.
At the end of the ceremony, there will be a pyrotechnic display.
February
Friday, 6 February
7:00 p.m. – Opening of the Ninot Exhibition.
At the end, there will be a pyrotechnic show with light and colour effects.
Sunday, 22 February
7:00 a.m. – Children’s “Despertà”.
7:30 a.m. – “Macrodespertà”, promoted by Falla Corona. It will end in City Hall Square with a spectacular earthquake effect.
Afterwards, a Fallas breakfast will be offered to all participants.
12:00 p.m. – Parade of Music Bands.
2:00 p.m. – “Mascletà” in City Hall Square.
7:30 p.m. – “Crida” at the Serranos Towers.
At the end, light and colour effects with a show.
Saturday, 28 February
From 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. – Fallas collectibles fair in the Gardens of the Junta Central Fallera.
5:30 p.m. – “Ninot Parade”. Route: departure from Glorieta, La Paz Street, San Vicente Street, City Hall Square, Marqués de Sotelo Street, ending at Xàtiva Street.
The parade will close with the arrival of the first pieces of the municipal falla “Hope”.
11:59 p.m. – Night-time pyrotechnic show in City Hall Square
March

10:00 a.m. – 64th Cant de l’Estoreta Competition, organised by the Plaza del Árbol fallas association and sponsored by JCF.
2:00 p.m. – “Mascletà” in City Hall Square.
8:00 p.m. – Night-time pyrotechnic display in City Hall Square.
Monday, 2 March
10:30 a.m. – Visit by the Fallera Mayors of Valencia and their Courts of Honour to the City of the Fallas Artist to visit the workshops.
2:00 p.m. – “Mascletà” in City Hall Square.

17:30h. - Reading of the popular verdict and proclamation of the “Ninot Indultat” (Pardoned Ninot) 2026
17:45h. - Collection of the ninots by the commissions until 20:00h.
23:59h. - L’Alba de las Fallas throughout the city. A tradition recovered in 2016 thanks to the Na Jornada falla and the Junta Central Fallera, with a pyrotechnic show at Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

14:00h. - “Mascletà” at Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
19:00h. - Fire Parade (Cabalgata del Fuego) starting from La Paz Street to Porta de la Mar.
20:00h. - “Cremà” (Burning) of the children's fallas.
