Whether you're looking for romance, a spark, or some well-deserved self-love
If you are looking for something to do for Valentine's Day, here are suggestions for those in love, for those who prefer to skip classic romanticism, for celebrating with friends, or for treating yourself to some "me time."
You choose how —and with whom— to celebrate Valentine's Day in València… but make it happen!
Tuesday 10 February
At 7:00 p.m. – Asian winter comfort: bowls, broths and chopsticks – Ma Khin – €70
A winter warmer cooking class featuring Asian cuisine.
The workshop will see Steve whip up and explain three hearty dishes, discussing flavours, techniques and cultural context. These include Indian lentil dahl, Tom Yum Gai and a Chinese beef stew with star anise and fermented bean curd.
After the demo, it’s time to sit down and dine with the chef.
February 12th
from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM – Afterwork for singles – Celler de Proava – €25
If you feel like meeting new people this Valentine's Day, this "tardeo" is the perfect excuse to break the ice.
The sessions are organized by identities and age ranges and, between speed dates and workshops, you will have the opportunity to chat and see what develops.
February 13th
from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM - Art and design routes through València – Individual price €32, per couple €60
Another foolproof plan is to take a guided walk to fall even more in love with the city.
For two hours, you will explore some of València's most creative spaces: art galleries, design studios, and facades full of urban art.
Additionally, each route includes meetings with local artists and a surprise gift, which could be a tasting, a typical Valencian product, or a design piece.
Dinner, spa, and romantic night – Hotel Olympia – €212
Are you looking for a classic Valentine's Day plan?
Then come celebrate at Hotel Olympia, where in addition to a delicious dinner, you and your partner can enjoy a hotel night, a big party with a mobile disco until 2:00 AM, and spa entry.
The dinner features a special Valentine's menu, including dishes such as hake stuffed with prawns in a seafood sauce or crispy duck leg confit with a Port reduction.
Simply delicious!
At 9:30 p.m. – Michael Bublé Tribute Dinner – From €54.95
A perfect way to celebrate love while listening to Michael Bublé classics such as “Haven’t Met You Yet”, “Feeling Good” and “Everything”.
To top it off, snacks are also included, such as red prawn carpaccio with redcurrants and citrus vinaigrette, pork Wellington with glazed vegetables and truffle sauce, and a chocolate velvety dessert on cocoa sponge cake with a subtle mint sauce.
From 13 to 15 February
Dinner or lunch at Mamma Pazzo
For a Valentine’s Day bursting with flavour, leave the cooking to the Italians.
Mamma Pazzo’s menu is teeming with date-night-perfect dishes: tuna and mango tartare, artichokes with Sicilian pesto and poached egg with ham, ossobuco tortelloni, truffle risotto, plus a wide selection of pizzas and desserts.
Special menu at Ma Khin – €49
Ma Khin brings you a special set menu with intense and refined Asian flavours.
You’ll start off with a selection of sharing plates, like namban fried oysters with turnip greens, artichoke salad with Bobby beans and lime pickle, or pork, squid and shiitake dim sum.
Next up are the main courses, including Santa Pola prawns tikka masala with basmati rice and Burmese pork shoulder with celery and kumquats.
To finish, you can enjoy a chocolate, hazelnut and cardamom flan.
February 14th
Pasqual + Sheila- Plaza de la Reina.
You can’t leave without taking a photo at the giant heart on its façade before enjoying their famous pink ravioli and the Rossini cocktail with cotton candy. Creativity, flavour and the perfect spot for your Valentine’s Day. Available from 9 to 15 February.
From 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM – The Vermouth of love – Celler de Proava – €30
A special morning designed for couples of all ages and orientations, where connection and romanticism will be the protagonists.
During the session, you can enjoy wine tastings with gourmet pairings, workshops, and dynamics designed to create memories together.
At 12:00 PM – Esmorzar and concerts – Pérgola de la Marina – From €15
A morning concert on Valentine's Day itself is also a great plan!
You can start with the popular esmorzar from 9:30 AM and enjoy one of our signature sandwiches along with a drink, before enjoying great music by the sea.
Because at 12:00 PM, it's the turn of Camellos and Joseluis, two acts moving between rock, pop, and indie that will put the finishing touch on your Valentine's Day.
From 12:30 PM – MUV! Festival – Poblados Marítimos – Free
The MUV! Festival 2026 warms up on Valentine's Day with a preview day that fills the Maritime Districts with music and art.
From 12:30 PM, shops and venues in the Marítimo area host free concerts and artistic actions throughout the day.
Jazz, reggae, urban music, indie, and art everywhere to celebrate Valentine's Day while exploring the neighborhood.
From 5:00 PM – Valentine's Remember Tardeo – La Pérgola – From €6
And if dancing and singing is your thing, head straight to the Remember Tardeo at the Pérgola de la Marina.
From 5:00 PM, anthems from the 90s and 2000s will take over the promenade with a DJ lineup that guarantees a non-stop session.

Do you fancy spending Valentine’s night in a museum? Sign up for the CAHH special event, which opens its doors outside of regular hours so you can explore at your own pace.
This tour is extra special because the lighting at night totally changes how the art looks, giving you a chance to notice details you might miss during the day.
Throughout the tour, a guide will tell you all about the collection and share some fun facts and tidbits with you.
To end the experience on a high note, raise a glass to the centre’s anniversary and Valentine’s Day.
At 9:30 p.m. – “Tango” dinner show – Casino Cirsa – €54.95
For those who prefer a livelier evening, Casino Cirsa offers a special Valentine’s Day dinner show featuring tango and Berretín de Buenos Aires.

Dinner continues with dishes such as grilled scallops with foie gras, oven-baked fish with a creamy seafood sauce, saffron and Cañamar sweet wine, and culminates with slow-cooked beef cheeks, all paired with specially selected wines.
For dessert, there is 1000 Besos Merlot pistela flan and baked apple ice cream.
February 15th
At 8:15 PM – Anti-Valentine's Monologues – Teatro Olympia – From €14
And if you want to use Valentine's Day as an excuse for having a good laugh, the "Anti-Valentine's Monologues" show at the Teatro Olympia is a safe bet.
Rafa Alarcón and Pablo de los Reyes will be in charge of bringing wicked, unfiltered humor to the miseries, contradictions, and anecdotes of modern love and life as a couple.
And as a final touch, there will be a surprise raffle.
Tuesday 24 February
At 7:00 p.m. – Bún Bò Huế: the art of Vietnamese broths – Ma Khin – €70
This workshop focuses on a classic Vietnamese dish: Bún Bò Huế, an intense, aromatic soup that is perfect for the colder months.
Fresh from his trip to Vietnam in January, Steve returns with flavours, ideas and insights gathered along the way, including a surprise side dish to pair with the soup.
As always, the experience is rounded off with a dinner with the chef around the table.
Do you want more?
You can opt for a special dinner at Michelin-starred restaurants such as La Salita or Fierro or book a table at Simposio or Fraula, which have just earned their first Michelin stars and have become the two names of the moment in the city.
If you feel like traveling through your palate without leaving València, you also have the American proposals of Jenkin’s, the Greek flavors of Kuzina, or the Peruvian cuisine of Quina.
Is just dinner not your thing? You can always sign up for a dinner with a flamenco show at La Bulería and top it off with live music.
And if you already know where you're going to fill your stomach and want to add an experience, take note!
A boat trip through the Albufera at sunset, a visit to the city's museums, or exploring major icons like the Oceanogràfic or Bioparc can be great allies to celebrate Valentine's Day in València.
