Its culinary offering is rooted in deep Valencian traditions and looks to the Mediterranean with honest, contemporary cuisine. Valencian rice dishes take centre stage, alongside a selection of meat and fish prepared using a variety of techniques and ageing methods. The charcoal grill, the Josper oven and smoking techniques lend character to a menu where the ingredients are always the starting point. But Linaje is also a way of welcoming guests. Three floors and different spaces coexist at 13 Calle Convento Santa Clara, right in the heart of Valencia, designed to allow guests to enjoy fine dining on different occasions.
