The restaurant is a cute local with a modern design but also with an industrial and urban touch. It has a fusion cuisine and is located near the Arts and Science City of Valencia.
After 14 years strengthening its cuisine among the palates of the most demanding guests, the restaurants consolidates and its main characteristic is formal and careful treatment towards its clients, a very careful market fusion cuisine and good value for money. Our cuisine attitude is spontaneous.
Salvador Furió was trained in multiple kitchens including the Hotel Bulli, La Hacienda Benazuza 2 Michelin, Casa Alfonso 1 Michelin, where he could learn how to combine typical Mediterranean dishes such as: fish, vegetables and seafood, with the interior of Spain suh as: stews, game meat and rice (his star meal), with a great list of specialties such as: risottos, mellow, brothy and paella.
