At Mala Hierba, we seek the essence in sincere conversations, unique personalities and friendships forged over time. We seek the essence in authentic flavours. And that quest brings us together. We work with local, seasonal produce that we transform and prepare in our Japanese Kamado oven. This oven allows us to cook over oak charcoal, resulting in healthier, more sustainable dishes with a subtle smoky flavour.
