La Sucursal is inspired by creative, market cuisine, with a permanent review of traditional Valencian recipes applying the latest culinary techniques, creating a quality brand, which has the recognition of the Michelin Guide and the Repsol Guide, among others. A balance between creative gastronomy and tradition, together with a careful design of the spaces. The restaurant La Sucursal begins a new stage under the direction of its new chef, Fran Espí, who enhances the products of the area, such as fresh fish from the fish market and vegetables from the garden. His influences on travels around the world, together with an elaborate technique, accompany our gastronomic menus. The penthouse on the third floor of Veles e Vents, occupies a privileged place in the Mediterranean, with its large terraces flown towards the sea, semi-covered and outdoors, where you can contemplate the city in 360º and with spectacular sunrises and sunsets.
