La Sucursal draws inspiration from creative, market-driven cuisine, constantly reinterpreting traditional Valencian recipes using the latest culinary techniques to create a brand of quality that has been awarded two Repsol Suns. A balance between creative gastronomy and tradition, combined with a carefully designed interior. La Sucursal restaurant is embarking on a new chapter under the culinary direction of its new chef, Fran Espí, who showcases local produce, such as fresh fish from the fish market and vegetables from the garden. His influences from travels around the world, combined with refined technique, complement our gastronomic menus. The penthouse on the third floor of Veles e Vents occupies a privileged spot on the Mediterranean, with its large terraces jutting out towards the sea—partly covered and open-air—where you can enjoy a 360° view of the city and spectacular sunrises and sunsets.
