In the heart of Cabanyal, Cocleque is the project of Adrià Inglés, who heads up the kitchen, alongside Víctor Fraguas and Doina Hmaruc, who are responsible for management and front of house. The restaurant opened in December 2024 with the idea of offering a different, fun and emotional cuisine, with a menu that is completely updated every four months to reflect the seasons. Cocleque's offering represents cuisine without prejudice, combining local produce and techniques from around the world, with dishes that evoke memories and stir emotions: like an invitation to rediscover the pleasure of trying something for the first time. From its iconic Russian salad, the house speciality, to its more adventurous creations, everything at Cocleque exudes creativity, warmth and honesty.
