Clem Café

Since opening its doors in September 2024, Clem has become one of Valencia’s must-visit speciality coffee shops. An international venture born of a shared vision, a love of coffee, artisanal pastries and mornings well spent. At the helm are Maitu Green (Argentina), Ana Chávez (Mexico) and Benoit Huguenin (France), three multidisciplinary figures – two of whom have backgrounds in haute cuisine and Michelin-starred restaurants – who come from different fields but share a common vision: to create a place where every customer feels special. A venue that exudes tranquillity, attention to detail (they host temporary exhibitions) and that orange hue reminiscent of Valencia’s renowned citrus fruits. Speciality coffee, herbal teas, smoothies, sandwiches, toasties, eggs and sweet treats such as banana bread, carrot cake and cinnamon rolls are just some of the offerings on their menu.
