Asociación Hostelería El Palmar

The El Palmar Hospitality Business Association brings together catering establishments in this district of Valencia, which is closely linked to the Albufera and its fishing and rice-growing traditions. Its work focuses on promoting local cuisine and the destination, highlighting traditional recipes such as all i pebre, rice dishes and other local specialities. Among its initiatives, the organisation of the Illa del Palmar Traditional All i Pebre Competition stands out; this was created to preserve and promote this recipe and to showcase El Palmar’s culinary offerings.
