PROAVA's medieval cellar is the oldest wine cellar in the city of Valencia, an authentic historical treasure that transports visitors back to medieval times. This carefully preserved space offers a unique experience where history, wine and local gastronomy merge to provide unforgettable experiences. El Celler has two distinct areas. The first is the underground part, which is accessed from the Plaça del Centenar de la Ploma. In this historical setting, visitors are taken on a guided tour that immerses them in the Valencia of the 13th century, the time of James I, when the city was beginning to flourish after the Christian conquest. The second space, located at street level, functions as an exhibition hall where various food and wine experiences take place. Among the most outstanding are the guided tastings of wines from the Comunitat Valenciana, allowing visitors to taste and learn about the richness of the region's wines in a setting with centuries of history.
