Tribute concerts 

14 February - Tribute to Michael Bublé with the Babalú Band 

Valentine’s Day deserves a soundtrack to match, and few voices have defined romance like Michael Bublé. 

On 14 February, the Babalú Band, with ten live musicians, will recreate the Canadian singer’s most iconic hits. From “Everything” to “Haven’t Met You Yet”. 

15 February - Tribute to Il Divo with Lyberic 

The vocal group Lyberic, featuring two tenors and a baritone, will treat you to some of the most iconic romantic compositions of all time, as performed by Il Divo. 

A feast for the senses 

Music is not the only thing that will make your heart beat faster. 

The first big event comes on Saturday 10 February, with a dinner show that pays tribute to the operatic lyricism of Il Divo. 

And then, on 14 February, Restaurante One VLC hosts an exclusive Valentine’s Dinner Experience paired with Pasión wines from Bodegas Sierra Norte. 

This is a culinary journey designed to stimulate the senses with exquisite dishes such as marinated partridge on a parmentier of purple potatoes and truffle, scallops and cod in a pil-pil garlic sauce with artichoke hearts and beef and foie gras with mushrooms and flambéed garlic. 

Each dish will also be commented on by the oenologist Mapi Domingo, adding an even more special touch to the experience. 

Alternatively, for those who just want to enjoy a good meal, we will be holding another Valentine’s dinner on 17 February.
