“Valencia is Coffee” Festival

From 30 May to 1 June 2025, it’s time for “Valencia is Coffee”, they city’s coffee festival.

It kicks off with several parallel activities around the city from 26 to 29 May. On 30 May, the event will be exclusively for industry professionals, who will be able to participate in talks, tastings and networking spaces.

At the weekend, “Valencia is Coffee” opens its doors to bring coffee culture to everyone, with educational talks, demonstrations, workshops, tastings and lots of outlets selling high-quality coffee. 

The aim of their workshops is to show everyone how amazing the AeroPress can be. This device, which requires no electricity, produces a rich, smooth coffee with less bitterness than traditional methods. You’ll also learn how to brew the most delicious, perfectly balanced espresso. 

If you’re feeling curious, you can also try sensory workshops to awaken your sense of smell, taste, and sight while learning more about coffee. 

However, the crowning glory is the Regional AeroPress Competition and the Roasters’ Competition, where you will see true professionals competing to make the best coffee. Who will win? 

Tickets cost €6 with access to the venue and a reusable cup, but if you’re thinking of coming for the whole weekend, you can buy a pack for €10. 

And if you want to sign up for an activity, don’t buy a ticket, it’s included in the price of the workshop.
