Casel•la is not a family restaurant founded on June 15, 2011, we are in the heart of Valencia in the famous Cánovas area. Our chef and owner of the local Gustavo Casella graduated in international cuisine with 20 years of experience in the hospitality world is dedicated to capture all his love and professionalism in each of its dishes. The restaurant stands out for its Mediterranean and South American cuisine, being specialists in the fusion of embers and techniques from different cultures. In addition, we have menus for day to day with a variety of dishes. On the other hand, we have personalized closed menus for groups with an availability of an accessible reserved with capacity of 20 people where they can enjoy a more intimate and quiet atmosphere.
