Located in the heart of Valencia, in the emblematic Plaza del Ayuntamiento, Soul of 1927 pays tribute to the splendour of Art Deco, with a cosmopolitan soul and inspiration from classic French bistros. All Day Dining is open from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m., with the kitchen open until 11:00 p.m. We offer freshly prepared dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, accompanied by a careful selection of wines, cava, champagne, whisky and classic cocktails, as well as signature creations. The lighting adapts to the rhythm of the city, creating an enveloping atmosphere. Music is the soul of the space: a majestic grand piano presides over live performances.
