Bombas Gens Centre d'Art

Bombas Gens Centre d'Arts Digitals is a pioneering cultural space in Valencia, the city's first stable and permanent center specializing in the exhibition and dissemination of immersive and audiovisual projects that connect the artistic and technological scenes in all possible media.

A place for the convergence, hybridization, and dialogue between art, science, and technology, but also for research, experimentation, and the promotion of creation.

The Fundació per Amor a l'Art has entrusted the company Layers of Reality with this new stage of the center. It is located in the Marxalenes neighborhood of Valencia, in rehabilitated warehouses of an old factory built between 1930 and 1935 following the characteristic geometric Art Deco style of the time.

A unique jewel in the Valencian industrial heritage of 6,200 m2. The facilities are now filled with experiences and will be transformed, on each occasion, with the most avant-garde technologies and state-of-the-art equipment. Bombas Gens expands as an infinite universe, without limits, exploring all the new dimensions towards an advanced museography for all audiences (children, adults, families, students, specialized audiences, etc.).

The new center has more than 2500m2 of exhibition space divided into four warehouses, and it includes the largest metaverse room in Europe.

The space is equipped with extended reality (RX) technologies to offer large-scale immersive experiences, virtual and augmented reality, holography, and artificial intelligence, as well as new experimental formats.

It is a meeting point for all proposals linked to art and next-generation technology with a lively agenda, complementing the exhibition offer with events, activities, and specialized training programs. In the same building, you will find the Ricard Camarena restaurant, awarded two Michelin stars. A perfect gastronomic experience to complete the cultural visit.
