It all started as a game. Before founding Hundred, we travelled to 22 countries and tried more than 300 burgers in search of the perfect burger, and we made a list of the 100 best. Hundred was born as a tribute to and reflection of those 100 places that inspired us and taught us everything we know. Our mission is to make the best possible burger at the best possible price. To do this, we select and purchase our own cattle and choose the best cuts from each animal. We then cut, mince and shape each patty by hand in our workshop, where we also prepare all the other ingredients. We make the bread first thing in the morning, kneading, fermenting and shaping it so that it is never frozen or dry. Now, THE WORLD'S BEST BURGER, the equivalent of the Michelin Guide for burgers, has chosen us as the best burger in the world for 2025.
