The Arrels restaurant is located in the old quarter of Sagunto, in the old stables of the Palace of the Dukes of Gaeta, a medieval palace from the 16th century. Two Gothic arches, a Mozarabic arch and a Romanesque arch still remain. Our philosophy: A product-based, market and local cuisine with a marked touch of author and avant-garde that gives our dishes their own personality. Our values: Just as roots look for their nourishment in the earth, at Arrels we look for the essence of our cuisine in the earth.
