The great eye of wisdom
In the heart of the City of Arts lies a great "human eye" that seems to watch over everything: the Hemisfèric. Its impressive 100-metre-long ovoid structure is reflected in the surrounding lake, creating a magical effect. At its centre, the giant pupil houses a projection hall offering immersive audiovisual experiences using the most advanced technology.
The programme covers a wide range of diverse topics, from planetarium sessions to journeys to the bottom of the sea or the era of dinosaurs. Projections usually last 45 minutes and, in addition to surprising and entertaining, they always provide interesting educational content.
Check the listings and book your ticket in advance. You can also buy combined tickets for other attractions at the City of Arts and Sciences, and get discounts with the Valencia Tourist Card.
