This independent cultural space, situated near the Cabanyal beach, has rapidly established itself as a unique creative hub. The old industrial premises, which previously made ice for packing fish, were handed over by Valencia Marina to be put to public use, which indeed they have been. These days, the venue is characterised by its eclecticism, combining eateries, training and gastronomy with various artistic disciplines, including dance, music, literature, cinema and theatre.

Writing, yoga and body expression workshops, as well as reading groups, jazz concerts and classic film festivals, can often be found on the Ice Factory programme. Vibrant flea markets featuring live music and food trucks are also organised regularly. A world apart, far removed from its ice cold past, it now offers a friendly welcome seven days a week, even into the early hours, all year round.
