Our cuisine is based on vegetable produce from the Marina region, fish bought from the daily auctions at Dénia fish market, and a range of different varieties of beef, exclusively reared in accordance with longstanding farming traditions. We also serve seasonal products such as wild mushrooms, truffles, elvers and sea urchins. Our kitchen encompasses two concepts in one: dishes with Mediterranean roots, and others of Asian origin, which together make Q’Tomas an authentic and unique culinary experience.
