The restaurant occupies an old bodega dating back to 1937 which has been painstakingly restored maintaining its traditional essence with vintage touches and details that focus on the spirit of the traditional eating houses. The gastronomic proposal is based on Valencian product cuisine, with a focus on simple but carefully prepared dishes, made with seasonal and local ingredients. Its marinades, pickles, homemade preserves and a selection of natural wines and vermouth perfectly complement its menu.
