The Valencia Tourist Card is your best ally for moving around the city and enjoying its museums and monuments without limits. Choose the card that's right for you, depending on how long you are going to be in Valencia, if you're traveling in a group, or if you want to buy a pack that also includes admission to other attractions. 

• FREE urban transport: Travel for free on city buses (EMT) and metropolitan buses (Metrobus), underground (AB zones, including the airport stop), tram and commuter trains (Renfe) in zone AB.

How it works: 

• Buy your 24-, 48- or 72-hour Valencia Tourist Card online and specify how you want to receive the card. You can pick it up at any of our Tourist Offices or at the digital airport kiosks which are open 24 hours a day, at the Plaza del Ayuntamiento office and at the Joaquín Sorolla station, or have us send it to your hotel.

• The card will be activated the first time you use it, and it will be valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours after that.  

• Use your card at bus, tram, metro or train scanners to travel, and at museum, monument and attraction ticket offices to get your free admission or corresponding discount. You'll also get discounts by showing it at participating stores and restaurants.  

• If you prefer to buy tickets online in advance, do so at the same time you buy the Valencia Tourist Card and the discounts will be applied automatically. 

Kids: 

Available for children ages 6 to 12. Children up to 15 years old get free admission to municipal museums and monuments; children under 6 can also travel for free on buses and commuter trains; and children under 10 by metro and tram. Check discounts for seniors, students and people with disabilities in our Tourist Offices.   

Groups:

• A Valencia Tourist Card cannot be returned if the card has been delivered to any of the points of sale or collection (Tourist Offices, headquarters or main office of the Visit València Foundation, vending machines, smart points, agents/tour operators, hotels, hostels, campsites).

• If you buy the Valencia Tourist Card + tickets to tourist venues and shows (or any other type of package offered): no full or partial refunds will be offered, since the buyer will have benefited from the discounts on the tickets at the time of payment, regardless of whether the card has been delivered or not.

The Valencia Tourist Card is a physical card. During the purchase you can choose how to receive it:

• Delivery to your hotel 
• Free collection at our tourist offices or self-service kiosks.

Hotel delivery:

Receive your card conveniently at the hotel where you are staying.
Delivery takes place between 10:00 and 11:00 on the day you choose during the purchase.

You can collect your order at no additional cost at any of our offices during their opening hours:

• ✈️ Airport – Arrivals Floor, Manises Airport.
• 🏛️ City Hall – Plaza del Ayuntamiento, 1.
• 🏛️ Paz – Calle de la Paz, 48.
• 🚆 Joaquín Sorolla Station – Calle San Vicente Mártir, 171.
• 🏖️ Beach – Paseo Marítimo, Playa del Cabañal (next to Hotel Balneario Las Arenas)

Collection at self-service kiosks:

You can collect your card for free and without waiting at any of our 17 self-service kiosks located throughout the city.

Kiosks with extended hours or 24-hour service:

• ✈️ Airport (Arrivals Terminal) – 24-hour service
• 🚆 Joaquín Sorolla Station – 6:00 to 23:59
• 🏛️ Colón Market – 7:30 to 02:30
• 🏛️ Mercado de la Imprenta – 10:00 to 23:59
• 🛍️ Aqua Shopping Centre – 10:00 to 22:00
• 🛍️ Nuevo Centro Shopping Centre – 10:00 to 21:00

The rest of the kiosks operate on regular commercial hours, which may vary depending on the location.
