For six days, the city’s top restaurants, hotels, and venues will be filled with special menus, pairings, showcookings, and signature cocktails.

October 23–29 – Gourmet Menu Ampar – Hospes Palau de la Mar
At 1:30 PM and 8:30 PM – €70
Chef Carlos Julián from Ampar restaurant offers a journey through Mediterranean flavors with a menu paired with wines from Bodega Chozas Carrascal, where each dish finds its perfect match in a glass.
The menu includes a foie micuit with orange and Armagnac, cod fritters pil-pil style with toasted capellanet, and Iberian pork shoulder with truffle and slow-cooked egg, topped with a chocolate soufflé and custard ice cream.

October 23 – Tasting with Signature Tapas and Wines by Rafa Cañizares Viticultor – Casino Cirsa Valencia

Casino Cirsa transforms into a winery for this tasting led by Rafa Cañizares Viticultor, where Triga Chardonnay, Sofía Cañizares Giró, and Rafa Cañizares Syrah wines are paired with a selection of signature tapas crafted to highlight their essence.
Highlights include: Dénia shrimp ceviche, osmotized scallop with plankton juice, and foie mi-cuit and green apple mille-feuille glazed with Giró grapes.

Gold restaurant revives one of the most elegant traditions in gastronomy: the “au guéridon” service, the art of preparing and plating dishes in front of the diner.
The tasting menu includes a welcome glass of cava, chef’s appetizer, traditional Caesar salad, steak tartare a la minute, salt-baked sea bass, and Roman-style tiramisu.

Llisa Negra offers a delicious pause during the Valencia Culinary Festival, an afternoon tea with the unmistakable touch of Quique Dacosta.

On the occasion of RiFF’s 25th anniversary, chef Bernd H. Knöller welcomes Dominik, a Michelin-star chef from the award-winning Restaurant Geiger Alm in Austria.
Under the title “The Meeting of the Alps and the Mediterranean,” both chefs will present a menu combining Alpine roots with Mediterranean freshness.
