The first Ruta de les Coques by Ambar has arrived and it's making a strong entrance.

 

From May 12 to 26, 2025, thirteen restaurants in Valencia are bringing out their most delicious creations with creative cocas full of flavor, tradition, and a playful twist.

Two standout examples are Alenar’s mouthwatering lamb coca and Borgia’s topped with béarnaise sauce, caramelized onion, and anchovy.

The best part? Each coca comes with a beer (a 33cl bottle) for just €10.

Yes, you read that right: for €10 you can enjoy a mouthwatering experience across four of Valencia’s neighborhoods — Ruzafa, Cánovas, Ciutat Vella, and El Cabanyal.

 

What can you expect to find? 

All kinds of cocas — from shawarma and hummus to the classic Valencian titaina with sardine.

And if you're into bold innovation, don’t miss the coca with crispy pork rind popcorn — absolutely wild!

Plus, you’ll be able to vote for your favorite on social media until May 22, 2025.

The three most popular ones will go head-to-head in a delicious final on the 26th, where the winner will be crowned the Best Coca in Valencia.
