Trufas Martínez is one of those shops where tradition becomes a specialty. For nearly a century, they have built their identity around the chocolate truffle, handcrafted and turned into an authentic hallmark of the house. Their workshops, both on Calle Ruzafa and Calle San Ignacio de Loyola, work with their own recipes and a careful selection of ingredients to shape chocolates of different intensities and nuances. Alongside their most classic recipes, creations closely linked to Valencian flavors stand out, such as chocolate with Valencian chufa, which replaces milk with horchata and has been awarded at the International Chocolate Awards.
