Nou Gourmet

Nou Gourmet is a Valencian restaurant with an elegant, modern and welcoming atmosphere, situated right in the heart of Valencia. Since 2013, we have been serving traditional, market-fresh Mediterranean cuisine, prepared using carefully selected ingredients and presented in a contemporary style. Our menu features meat, fish, seafood, rice dishes and paellas, as well as a set lunch menu available from Monday to Thursday. The restaurant can seat up to 150 people and features two spacious dining rooms and various areas that can be adapted using a system of curtains to provide greater privacy. We also have two private dining rooms: one with capacity for up to 35 people and its own toilets, and a more intimate room for eight guests. We organise bespoke events, business lunches and dinners, anniversaries, birthdays, family celebrations, meetings and private gatherings. We also offer breakfasts and lunches by prior booking, as well as special set menus for groups of more than 8 people.
