Enjoy a selection of traditional tapas such as patatas bravas, mussels, olives, cheese and ham, accompanied by sangria, beer or soft drinks. During the class, follow the chef's step-by-step instructions to prepare an authentic paella. You will learn local techniques and culinary secrets that will allow you to recreate this dish at home. At the end, savour your creation alongside a Valencian tomato salad, regional wines, seasonal fruit, traditional sponge cake, sweet wine and coffee. You can choose from three types of paella: Authentic Valencian Paella: with rice, chicken, rabbit and vegetables. Seafood Paella: more elaborate, with a variety of seafood and vegetables.
