Parking:

The Centre has its own five-storey car park. There is a lift between the semi-basement and P5 floors with a stop indicator and visual information in the car and on the outside. There are information panels with pictograms or short texts, indicating spaces and itineraries. 

Access:

The Centre has three access points, one at the Menorca roundabout, another in Calle Pintor Maella and another in Calle Luis Bolinches Company. All of them have a totally glazed door.

Interior mobility:

The building has a semi-basement, ground floor and eight upper floors. It also has five floors of its own parking. All of them are connected by lifts and stairs, with written information about the services provided. There are information panels with pictograms or short texts, signalling spaces and itineraries. 

Changing rooms:

Doors with a free lower strip and with free/occupied visual signs.

Toilets:

There are toilets on all floors of the building except the ground floor. All of them are located next to the lifts, without a free/occupied visual system and with a free lower strip on the car door.

There is a module of three lifts that connects the floors Parking 5 to Octava. With stop indicator and visual information in the cabin and outside.

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

The restaurant and cafeteria are located on the eighth floor and have round tables with capacity for 4-6 people.

Parking:

The Centre has five floors of its own car park, with approximately 25 spaces reserved for PRM, measuring 300x400 cm. With horizontal signs.

From inside the building, access to the car park without any unevenness.

From the lifts, access to the car park with doors over 120 cm wide, with no unevenness.

Lift between the semi-basement and P5 floors with a free passage width of 90 cm and a 134x138 cm car. Call buttons at 107-114 cm high and interior buttons at 81-117 cm high. Without handrails and mirror.

Access:

From the car park on the semi-basement level, access to the interior of the building by means of a staircase with four steps, 17 cm high and 30 cm tread. Alternative route using a ramp with two sections, 10 m and 7.20 m long, over 120 cm wide and an average slope of 1.5%. With handrails at a height of 110 cm. Non-slip and homogeneous pavement.

In case of emergency, the lock allows opening from the outside.

Stairs:

General staircase between the ground and eighth floors with two sections per floor, with thirteen steps each, 16 cm high and 30 cm tread. With double handrails on both sides at a height of 83-106 cm. Extended in embarkation-disembarkation areas. Non-slip and homogeneous flooring.

There are three modules of escalators between the ground and seventh floors and two modules between the seventh and eighth floors. All of them are 100 cm wide and have a handrail located at 90 cm high. With two flush steps at the beginning and end. With alternative route by means of a lift.

The ground floor and parking level 5 are connected by 100 cm wide mechanical ramps. With handrails at a height of 94 cm. With an alternative route by means of a lift. 

Lift:

There is a module of three lifts with preferential use for people with disabilities, which connects the floors Parking 5 to Octava. Doors with a free passage width of 150 cm and cabins of 177x 226 cm. Call buttons at 121 cm high and interior buttons at 91-143 cm high. Without handrails, with mirror.

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

Restaurant and cafeteria located on the eighth floor.

Access with more than 120 cm wide free passage.

With handrails on both sides, extended in embarkation-disembarkation areas. Beginning and end of the staircase without tactile-visual signs. Steps without an opening, with tactile-visual signs and without a protective base on one side. Non-slip and homogeneous flooring. There are three escalator modules between the ground and seventh floors and two modules between the seventh and eighth floors. With two steps that are flush at the beginning and end, without contrasting colour strips on each of the steps. No visual signs at the beginning and end of the staircase. No light signals indicating the direction of ascent/descent. With alternative route by lift. The ground floor and Parking 5 are connected by mechanical ramps. Without contrasting visual signs at the beginning and end of the stairs. Without light signals indicating the direction of ascent/descent. With alternative route by lift. Homogeneous illumination.  

Lift:

There is a module of three lifts that connects the floors Parking 5 to Octava. With contrasting buttons, in Braille and without high relief. Without handrails. It has acoustic signals that indicate the stop floor and the direction of movement. The floor in front of the door is not marked with a tactile-visual strip. It has an audible alarm signal and intercom.

Restaurant, cafeteria, buffet:

Restaurant and cafeteria located on the eighth floor. Eyebrow-free, non-slip, homogeneous flooring. Menu with texts in medium font, with chromatic contrast. Non-homogeneous illumination 112 cm high bar with direct lighting. Terrace with access without unevenness, with glass door of automatic opening and with contrasting signs. Non-slip and homogeneous flooring.
