An experiential restaurant where tradition and innovation come together with a 100% Valencian touch. Located on the second tier of the Roig Arena, it is led by chef Miguel Martí. The restaurant, which has its own terrace overlooking the arena’s pitch, specialises in wood-fired paellas and rice dishes. The project pays tribute to the origins of the Roig family and stands as a symbol of rice culture.
